My Background
I’m an intuitive chef who learned by doing, growing up in a restaurant run by my father a cordon bleu trained chef. I’ve also owned and operated 7 restaurants of my own over the course of 12 years as an independent restaurateur. My style of cuisine varies from Mexican, Italian, French, Vegetarian/Vegan, American, BBQ and more. I enjoy the process of creating and delivering a menu that exceeds my clients expectations!
